	Training In our industry, committed workers and vendors are important in the environment preservation. We impart regular training to all the stakeholders so as to ensure better tomorrow for the future generations to whom we are indebted. The factory workers are regularly trained for avoiding wastages and better inventory management, using environment friendly raw materials to prevent pollution. Child Labour It's a critical area in a country like India. Due to illiteracy and population pressure, people engage their children for Labour to enable them to feed the family. We , on our part ensure that no child labour is involved in our factory and even train our vendors to avoid involving children at their works. Moreover, we are attacking the root cause by regular training and engaging people in awareness programs / education wherever possible.
	Social Work We believe that business is not an end itself, but it exists to serve larger interests of society. We believe in ploughing back part of the profits into welfare driven initiatives, which makes a qualitative difference to the society. Our social work is carried out through "VIDYA BAL MANDIR SOCIETY" Through which we are providing education and training to women & Children. School We are also running a school in collaboration with 'BHARATIYA VIDYA BHAWAN' a prestigious educational institution of repute.
